At last, time to relax and enjoy your holiday home in Le Marche, Italian food, Italian wine, Italian sunshine but first, after a long journey, you need to make the beds, buy the food, feed the hungry, shoo out the spiders, track down that awful smell, and discover the rubbish that was forgotten from your last visit. 

Or arrive, pour yourself a glass of chilled white wine and relax in your 'home from home'. A home that is aired, is clean, the beds are made and the fridge is full of your favourite Italian foods and not a spider in sight.

For you our property management team in Le Marche can:

• fill your fridge
• send us your Italian food and wine shopping list and we will make sure that it is in the fridge for you. Please let us know in advance if you would like a pre prepared meal ready for your arrival.
• do a pre arrival spring clean - walk in to a freshly cleaned home and relax
• put your house to bed
• we will clean the cooker, wash and dry the sheets and towels, clean out the fridge and turn off the electric and water
• provide an airport collection and drop off service
