Having a second home abroad should be your haven, your escape from everyday worries, giving you a well deserved break. However there is nothing relaxing about arriving at your holiday home to find the bathroom flooded or that local wildlife has taken up residence in your home.
Even more worrying is the idea that something may go wrong and not be discovered for several months or even longer. A small water leak if seen and dealt with straight away could prevent much more serious and expensive problems occurring later.
You may detect a small problem while you are staying at your holiday home and then spend your well deserved break looking for tradesmen and trying to get quotes. Perhaps they will only be able to do the job when you have left. What happens then? Do you leave a spare key with them? How will they contact you if they need to query something?

- do a monthly home check - all homes have their own idiosyncrasies, together with you we can plan your report, detailing any areas that will need special attention. After our monthly check on your home, we will send you an email report noting anything unusual
- arrange repairs when required - if a problem has occurred and needs attention, for example, we noted a leak in the bathroom, after conferring with you, we can arrange a quote and get it fixed
- check your home after any extreme weather - having four distinct seasons, Marche has the full range of weather conditions. After a heavy downpour or alot of snow, you can be reassured that there is someone on hand to check your home inside and out
- forward or collect post - a full post box is a sure sign of no one in residence, we can empty it and forward it on, or leave the mail in your home
